Last year RG Small Engine Repair worked on my vintage 1983 Toro Snow Thrower. It had a leaking carburetor and would not start. I thought it was ready for the trash pickup. After Rob worked on it, I had the opportunity to use it only once until the winter of 2010-2011. I think it runs as good as it did when much newer and has not failed starting with one or two pulls. I would recommend RG. Rob does good work.
